This is an entry level position under the direction of the Production Supervisor with frequent guidance from a Senior Production Associate of the felt value stream; responsible for the assembly of high-quality Architectural Systems (Standard, Adaptive, and / or Lighting).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Perform transactions in Shop-Trak; providing updates status on projects, material moves, and scrap for all assembly & packing operations
• Collect parts and supplies for assembly and packing processes; conduct Inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and resupply as needed
• Uses various hand tooling while performing assembly and packing operations efficiently IAW quality standards and established safety procedures
• Works with peers to Identify product defects and report necessary nonconformances to Senior Production Associate, Supervisor, and / or Quality Inspector
• Works with peers to perform reworks / repairs IAW industry best practices and / or engineering instructions
• Works with peers to coordinate movement assembled parts and / or products to the next step operation
• Prepare, Assemble, Package, and Label completed projects for shipping
• Unload, receive, and store raw materials and supplies
• Completes work as required to meet production and schedule requirements
• Follows safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required
• Maintains equipment and work areas; cleans and performs basic repairs as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
