We are looking for a Lifecycle Campaign Manager to drive lifecycle programs focused on engagement and monetization, driven by customer type and lifecycle stages. The Online Marketing & Retention team owns the full customer lifecycle, using multi-channel strategies to acquire, engage, retain, and re-engage users. Our mission is to turn interest into revenue by delivering data-informed programs that maximize customer value.

What we're looking for :

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, monetization, or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, mobile apps, or digital subscription businesses.
• Demonstrate experience building data-informed lifecycle programs, including free-to-paid conversions, upsell and winback strategies.
• Demonstrate comfort with data and tools : proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Amplitude).
• Demonstrate with CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Airship, Iterable, etc.) and experimentation tools.
• Demonstrate understanding of freemium models, trial-based onboarding, and product-led growth (PLG) dynamics.
• Track record of delivering measurable revenue impact through A / B testing, behavioral targeting, and personalized lifecycle journeys.
• Demonstrate in building segmentation frameworks, using cohort analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting to drive strategy.

Responsibilities :

Salary Range or On Target Earnings : Minimum : $76,800.00, Maximum : $186,200.00. In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
