A medical facility located near Adel, Georgia is seeking full-time, permanent Physical Therapist to join their team!

The Physical Therapist Job Description:

• Full-time, direct-hire opportunity

• Outpatient setting
  
• The therapist will provide physical therapy services primarily to outpatients and sports medicine patients. To perform physical therapy treatments, evaluation and related services. Available as a consultant to in-service education for hospital staff, patients, families, a community projects. Documents and reports patient’s status and progress in accordance with the department policy. Supervises the Physical Therapy Aides. Assumes responsibility as agreed upon by the Director of Rehabilitation Services.

The Physical Therapist Minimum Qualifications:

• Current GA PT License
  
• BLS certification
  
• Preferable to have previous PT experience, however not required, open to new grads
