Strategic Sourcer - AI Factory Operations

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Strategic Sourcer to join our Finance organization, supporting the sourcing and procurement of critical infrastructure and technology for our rapidly scaling AI Factory environment.

This role bridges finance, engineering, and operations, ensuring that sourcing strategies align with both technical requirements and business objectives. The Strategic Sourcer will partner across all departments from Infrastructure Operations and Engineering to Legal and FP&A to evaluate vendors, negotiate agreements, optimize costs, and secure high-performance, scalable solutions that fuel AI innovation.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of technology supply chains (servers, GPUs, networking, colocation, etc.), and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Vendor Management

• Lead sourcing strategy for AI Factory infrastructure including compute, networking, data center, and software components.
• Develop long-term vendor relationships that align with performance, cost, and reliability goals.
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and renewals in coordination with Legal and Finance.
• Maintain a clear understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO), including logistics, support, and operational lifecycle costs.
