Lead Superintendent

Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure all work aligns with project plans and specifications.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all permits and inspections are completed as required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for on-site operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have :

  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects in the property industry.
  • Experience on multifamily, commercial, or schools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
