The Opportunity We're looking for a data authority and hands-on leader to lead our Operational Intelligence initiative, which is comprised of teams of engineers collecting, analyzing, and providing insights related to data across critical areas of the system, including usage, capacity, entitlements, consumption, performance, cost, efficiency, and more for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) business. THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION IN SAN JOSE, CA. What You'll Do

• Lead and drive a team of engineers toward business objectives and goals
• Define the data analysis and engineering vision, set the technical roadmap, and align it with broader business goals; conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that can inform product and engineering strategy and guide decision-making
• Define and measure key performance indicators and metrics to assess the success of central initiatives, ensuring that all data-driven efforts lead to measurable improvements in client outcomes
• Build statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict customer cohorts, usage, and financial drivers and implications to proactively address potential issues
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust data pipelines and infrastructure
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to advise, define, and prioritize roadmaps and features
• Work with finance to build financial models and forecasting tools that support decision-making and business growth, focusing on risk management, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
• Communicate findings and collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure that data-driven insights directly inform and align with strategic priorities
• Analyze large and complex data sets to provide actionable insights based on usage, capacity, entitlement, consumption, performance, cost, and efficiency to support product and engineering decisions and initiatives

What You Need To Succeed

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $179,300 $354,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
