We are dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art infrastructure and services to meet the ever-evolving demands of our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a focus on data center retrofits to join our team in the United States. The Construction Manager is a full-time leadership position for the Delivery organization. The Construction Manager may manage specific projects on his / her own but is also responsible for ensuring that the companys portfolio of projects is coordinated and delivered with high quality, on time, and under budget. The ideal candidate will have a mastery of communication, organization, and service skills. Travel : Across the United States Canada is required approximately 70% of the time. Coordinate resources, schedules, safety plans, permits, and documentation. Lead meetings and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. / liliProject Communication Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients. Provide daily updates and participate in key meetings to ensure alignment and transparency. / liliProject Finances Support budgeting and cost estimation. Track expenses, manage purchase orders, and ensure accurate billing and timely payments for all stakeholders. / liliSubcontractor Relations Identify, onboard, and manage subcontractors. Define scopes of work, lead bidding processes, and ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards. / liliProcurement Coordinate procurement and logistics of materials and equipment. Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing for each project site. / liliConstruction Standards and Process Champion company processes and quality standards. Supervise field teams, perform quality control, and implement continuous improvements. / liliTraining and Technical Oversight Ensure subcontractors understand technical solutions and company expectations. Travel extensively to support projects and collaborate with other managers as needed. / li / ulpQualifications : / pulliMinimum 7 years of construction management experience. / liliAdvanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools. / liliUse of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers / cutters, drills, etc.). / liliUse of specialized power tools (saws, nibblers, impact drivers, etc.). / liliExperience running control wire following best practices for dressing wire, stripping and landing wire ends, choosing and using proper conduit, fittings, grommets, etc. / liliUse of electrical meter to verify conductivity and measure voltage, current, power, power factor, etc. / liliAble to use a computer to configure fans, VFDs, etc; Preferred : / liliData Center specific certifications (DCEP, CDCP, etc;) / liliPMP or equivalent certification / liliHVAC and Mechanical experience a plus / li / ul / div
