As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a focus on data center retrofits to join our team in the United States. The Construction Manager is a full-time leadership position for the Delivery organization. The Construction Manager may manage specific projects on his / her own but is also responsible for ensuring that the companys portfolio of projects is coordinated and delivered with high quality, on time, and under budget. The ideal candidate will have a mastery of communication, organization, and service skills. Travel : Across the United States Canada is required approximately 70% of the time. Coordinate resources, schedules, safety plans, permits, and documentation. Provide daily updates and participate in key meetings to ensure alignment and transparency. / liliProject Finances Support budgeting and cost estimation.
