We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team in Bakersfield, California. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel plans, ensuring all details are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and distribute board meeting materials, packets, and notes in a timely manner.
• Draft correspondence and documents with exceptional attention to detail.
• Organize and maintain digital files and records for easy access and retrieval.
• Provide support during executive meetings, including note-taking and follow-up on action items.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
• Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Bilingual proficiency, with strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proven expertise in calendar management and scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to arrange and coordinate travel plans with precision.
• Exceptional writing and attentive correspondence skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in digital tools and systems for file management and communication.
