Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a data-driven talent acquisition plan aligned with regional hiring goals
Inspire and manage a team of recruiters, tracking performance and fostering a positive work environment
Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Required Qualifications
In-depth experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the AEC or civil engineering industry
Proven track record of developing successful talent acquisition strategies in dynamic environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
