Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and internal communications
- Maintain organized filing systemsdigital and physical
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar updates
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and reports
- Help ensure smooth daily office operations and supply management
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office support experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Reliable and comfortable working fully on?site
