Location: San Francisco, CA
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:30 AM–2:30 PM or 8:30 AM–3:30 PM) with occasional weekend shifts
Pay: Starting at $22/hour, based on experience

Since 2004, Top Dog SF has been San Francisco’s go-to for positive-reinforcement dog training, puppy programs, and off-leash dog walking adventures. Our team transports small groups of dogs daily to our private, secure dog ranch in Montara, CA, where they run, play, and socialize safely.

• Experienced Driver: Confident driving a van in SF traffic (5+ years of city driving preferred).

• Active & Outdoorsy: Comfortable walking, bending, lifting (up to 70 lbs), and working in all weather.

• Valid California Driver’s License (Class C) and clean driving record

• Smartphone (iOS or Android) for communication and reporting

• Comfortable managing up to 15 dogs at once (with assistant support)

• Ability to work outdoors year-round

• 💰 $22/hour+, depending on experience

• ⏰ Full-time (35–40 hrs/week) or part-time (≈ 20 hrs/week)
