Design-Build HVAC Project Manager / Estimator

Position Responsibilities :

• Design / Pre-Construction – develop efficient, code-compliant HVAC solutions for commercial and light-industrial facilities.
• Estimating / Business Development – prepare competitive, self-performed design-build proposals, present to owners & GCs, and close profitable work.
• Project & Field Leadership – oversee union sheet-metal, pipefitter, plumbing, and service crews to deliver projects safely, on budget, and to Kraft’s quality standards.
