What You'll Do

• As a Graduate Proposals Engineer, youll join our Combustion Rental and Rapid Response team, gaining hands-on experience across technical design, client engagement, and project delivery. Youll be supported by experienced mentors and work closely with teams across Europe and the USA.
• Learn and Lead: Develop technical and commercial proposals for combustion rental and flare projects.
• Design with Purpose: Perform process design to select the right equipment for each clients needs.
• Engage Globally: Attend meetings and site visits across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Collaborate Across Borders: Work with our UK team, European offices, and US headquarters.
• Grow Your Skills: Write formal quotations, manage correspondence, and support project progression.

Who are you?

• Passionate about the energy, oil & gas, or chemical process industries
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from real-world engineering challenges
• A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Comfortable reading engineering drawings and using tools like Excel and Word
• Willing to travel internationally and work at heights when needed
• Holder of a full UK driving licence
