Field Laborer General Construction & Final Cleaning

Location : Based out of Woburn, MA Job sites throughout New England

Department : Demo / Final Cleaning

Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $16$22 / hour (based on experience and availability)

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform general physical labor on construction and demolition job sites.
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, rubble, and materials.
• Assist skilled trades and other team members as needed.
• Use hand and power tools appropriately and safely.
• Final clean-up of completed areas, including detailed cleaning of surfaces, windows, fixtures, and flooring.
• Handle and store materials properly; pick up and secure tools and equipment daily.
• Follow all job site safety procedures and report any hazards or violations immediately.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite through attention to detail and constant awareness of surroundings.
