A company is looking for a Program Delivery Director who will provide leadership and accountability for project delivery across various portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate delivery execution across multiple portfolios, ensuring alignment with program objectives and client expectations
Define and enforce standardized delivery frameworks, processes, and quality assurance practices
Act as the senior escalation point for delivery challenges and provide guidance to team leaders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of experience in leading large, complex IT delivery programs
Proven track record in managing cross-functional delivery teams in a federal government contracting environment
Deep understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
