Outpatient

Schedule – 8 : 00am -4 : 30pm Monday – Friday

Possible Saturday coverage in Deer River, MN This is done on a rotational basis. Deer River would be inpatient. These dates would be known ahead of time.

13 weeks, possible extension

Schedule : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm Monday – Friday

There are 2 PT and 1 PTA along with 2 OT’s and 1 Speech therapist.

EPIC EMR

40 hours guaranteed

Grand Rapids, Minnesota area
