Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 2 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $20 - $26 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain a variety of industrial sewing machines, including:
  • Single and double-stage bar tack machines
  • Button-over and liquid machines
  • Bleached stitch machines
  • Steam irons, scissors, and related tools
• Perform alterations, repairs, and finishing tasks to meet production standards.
• Inspect and ensure product quality to meet company and customer requirements.
• Lead, train, and support team members, providing hands-on instruction in sewing techniques and daily operations.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics to meet daily and weekly goals.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of industrial sewing experience using single needle, overlock, blind stitch, and vortex machines.
• Proven success in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during shifts.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent 40-hour work week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with proprietary industrial sewing equipment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
