Job Summary
As a Tire Bay Team Member, you will assist our members with tire selection and purchases, perform tire installations and repairs, maintain documentation, and uphold tire bay standards and protocols.

Carry out tire installations, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing tires.Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks in accordance with club policy.Maintain a clean, professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products.Provide knowledgeable assistance at the tire desk, coordinating with Home Office for member tire needs as necessary.Keep accurate inventory records and utilize available special-order tire programs appropriately.Comply with safety and cleanliness standards while utilizing tire bay equipment safely.Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, including verifying vehicle tire sizes.Fill propane tanks as needed if certified per DOT requirements.Ensure all tire bay scheduling data and documentation are up-to-date for sales and service orders.Adhere to club policies and procedures.Perform other assigned duties, including helping in other departments as required.Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this role.Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 years old.Valid driver's license and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles are required.Strong interpersonal skills are essential.Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn are required.Previous tire installation experience is preferred.Must complete Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hiring.Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance is necessary.Environmental Job Conditions :
Exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.Most work is performed standing and moving on hard surfaces, with frequent bending, climbing, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, moving side to side, and climbing ladders.Frequent lifting of objects up to 30 pounds; may involve heavier or awkward objects over 30 pounds with assistance.Work takes place around moving vehicles and machinery, often requiring communication at elevated volumes. Occasional exposure to approved chemicals, cleaning agents, and strong odors may occur.
