Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead their CRM efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Own the CRM marketing lifecycle, developing and executing data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, and website notifications

Plan and execute campaigns for product launches and promotions, managing the CRM marketing calendar and collaborating with the Creative team

Design and build automations in email service providers, developing lifecycle journeys to enhance customer engagement and retention

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing with a proven track record of successful campaign execution

Proficiency with email service providers like Klaviyo or Mailchimp, and familiarity with audience segmentation and automation

Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and campaigns

Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
