Department : Radiology MR Scan

FTE : Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Evenings

Pay : $18.54 - $24.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

Provides clerical and technical support for the department.

Responsibilities :

• Transports patients to and from clinical areas and verifies patient identity according to policies and procedures.
• Assists technologists with preparing patients for procedures.
• Assists technologists with filing, delivering and retrieving patient reports, entering data in electronic medical records, matching films to folders, and delivering reports to patient units / physicians.
• Performs post-procedural duties including patient discharge, room clean up and restocking supplies. Assists with inventory control. Provides clerical support to the department as necessary.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
