A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager with Contact Center experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the company's architecture and collaboration tools
Collaborate with the customer account team to enhance customer relationships and manage technical feature requests
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, providing recommendations based on product offerings
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions / Sales Engineer
Deep understanding of IP Telephony, SIP / H323, and troubleshooting network issues
Experience with video conferencing and UC tools, including Cisco / Tandberg and Microsoft Lync / Office 365
Familiarity with cloud CCaaS platforms and contact center technologies
Administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
