What You’ll Do

• Serving as an entry level technician.
• Vehicle cleaning and preparation, including washing, wheel cleaning, waxing, and buffing, polishing, removing finish defects, assistance with masking, primer and paint applications, and minor repairs.
• Inspecting finished body panels for color match and finish texture.
• Preparing surfaces for buffing.
• Restoring finish panels to OEM quality.
• Removing and cleaning compound or polish residue from buffed panels.
• Moving vehicles to support production flow through body and painting processes.
• Loading and unloading paint booths.
• Completing work order documentation.
• Complies with applicable procedures and regulations regarding mixing, labeling, applying, and disposing of paint and related materials.
• Always wearing and using appropriate safety equipment.
• Following all job-related safety and health procedures.
• Assisting with special projects as assigned.

Minimum:

• Recent technical school graduates and/or current students are invited to apply.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
  

Preferred:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent.

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate is $15.72 - $23.56/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
