Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Trusts & Estate / Probate Paralegal for its client's busy Miami practice.

This is a well-established boutique law firm in Miami that is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates / Probate Paralegal to join its team. This firm is recognized for delivering exceptional client service, maintaining long-term relationships, and fostering a collaborative, supportive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and prepare probate pleadings, accountings, estate inventories, and related court filings.

Assist in the administration of trusts and estates, including preparing correspondence, maintaining timelines, and coordinating with beneficiaries.

Conduct legal research related to probate and trust matters.

Manage case files, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are properly filed with the court.

Liaise with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and financial institutions.

Assist in preparing tax documents and coordinating with accountants as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in trusts, estates, and probate law.

Strong knowledge of Florida probate rules and procedures.

Excellent drafting, organizational, and time-management skills.

Proficiency in legal software, Microsoft Office, and case management systems.

Strong client service and communication skills.
