Job Responsibilities

• Utilize robotic survey total station to verify accuracy of building features in relation to architectural and structural drawings
• Coordinate and work with site foreman, superintendents, and other trades, surveyors etc. to accurately and effectively complete field layouts
• Establish survey control positions and accurately layout under-slab electrical conduit locations, features, wall locations etc.
• Verify elevations and locations of planned underground electrical site work in relation to civil and structural drawings
• Work in accordance with all safety policies and guidelines
• Other Duties as Assigned

Minimum Experience and Requirements

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, work from a ladder or scaffold, work overhead, and perform without hindrance activities that involve repetitive reaching, stretching, squatting, kneeling, crouching, and / or bending. Must also be able to work in varied climate conditions, and should possess good balance, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, and the stamina to perform physically demanding construction work. Above all, a candidate must be able to safely perform the duties and responsibilities normally and reasonably expected of a tradesperson in their position.
