Summary

The Team Ops Lead produces the highest quality and most consistent products in the industry by performing all duties meticulously. Leads kitchen and / or packaging support teams when Supervisor is not present. Opens and / or closes the kitchen and assists with staff training. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

Oversee Production and / or Packaging employees, including

• Assigning duties, and ensuring adherence to the daily schedule and cooking plan
• Monitoring team attendance, tardiness and time-off and report to Supervisor.
• Monitor team performance and ensure all duties are performed efficiently.
• Ensure quotas are met by observing Packaging Support team members and training / coaching
• Assist Production Supervisors and Managers in training and coaching Production Support employees on proper procedures, techniques and compliance protocols

Assist in Operations Management

Quality Assurance Assistance

Benefits

As a non-exempt employee , you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $27.00-$31.00 / hr. paid biweekly, overtime, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, 401k and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
