Responsibilities:

   • Keep accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and conducting regular physical inventory counts.

   • Issue materials, supplies, and equipment to employees or departments as requested.
   
   
   • Ensure that all items are issued according to company policies and procedures.
   
   
   • Track and document the issuance of materials to ensure accurate inventory records.

   • Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing materials, including purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory logs.
   
   
   • Use inventory management software or systems to update and manage inventory data.

   • Assist with the procurement of materials and supplies by providing information on stock levels and usage trends.
