Our kitchens are fast-paced, team-focused, and built around delivering consistent, high-quality dishes that keep guests coming back. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items according to Trapper's standards, maintaining proper food safety practices, ensuring consistency, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.
