Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand their business goals and challenges
Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and success
Deliver training and client communications at key points in the customer journey
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably HubSpot
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
