Key Responsibilities

Own project delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk management, collaborating closely with product management

Drive technical health by partnering on architectural direction and ensuring a balance between feature delivery and technical investment

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing engineering teams of 5 or more in a high-growth environment

Proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining engineering talent

Strong software engineering background with experience in production code and systems design

Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and CI / CD practices

Experience in remote-first leadership, building trust across time zones
