HR Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join a non-profit organization on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' background and alignment with organizational needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract applicants with relevant experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations during the recruitment process.• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.
