Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing remote team of Sales Engineers
Align the Sales Engineering team with regional GTM and Marketing plans to drive revenue growth
Implement and refine demonstration methodologies to enhance technical sales engagement
Required Qualifications
7+ years in technical pre-sales roles, with 3+ years in sales engineering leadership
Proven success in DevSecOps, Application Lifecycle, or Enterprise SaaS environments
Experience with complex enterprise accounts and regulated industries
Firm grasp of modern software delivery toolchain and agile security practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
