Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment

Oversee the development of high-quality web applications using Node.js and manage project priorities

Define and implement AI Native SDLC processes and act as the primary technical contact for non-technical leadership

Required Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience in web development with 2+ years in a leadership role

Proven experience managing and developing engineering teams

AI integration experience and familiarity with modern SaaS distributed architectures

Senior-level proficiency with ReactJS, NodeJS, and any SQL database

Knowledge of information security and defensive programming
