Senior Business Risk Control SpecialistThe Senior Business Risk and Control Specialist will ensure effective identification and implementation of controls to manage operational, financial, and compliance risks. They will develop and implement job aids, tools and processes to facilitate efficient execution of policies & procedures and risk & control identification. They will also be responsible for executing control testing to ensure that controls are appropriately designed and works to identify control or procedural gaps. They will support the Global Payment Network and help ensure compliance with Issue Management.Responsibilities :

• Manage and analyze key risk metrics within the organization.
• Identifies negative trends and support business partners in root cause analysis and action planning.
• Acts as a liaison for assigned teams when undergoing regulatory exams, internal compliance reviews and internal audits.
• Actively participates in team oriented efforts
• Managing multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines
• Coordinating work between multiple areas and working on multiple projects simultaneously; leveraging / influencing business partners to drive results
• Completing risk event management and recovery process documentation while adhering to Enterprise Risk Managements Risk Event Management Standards
• Initiating and executing process improvements and leveraging other team members when appropriateBasic Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 1 year of Risk management experiencePreferred Qualifications :
• At least 1 year of experience in Project or process management
• At least 2 year of experience in Risk Management
• At least 2 years of experience in Presentation / Communication
