Regional Senior Accountant - Construction | $100K-$105K | Onsite - Indianapolis, IN

As a Regional Senior Accountant , you'll play a critical role in financial oversight for multiple projects and divisions-helping drive accuracy, efficiency, and continued expansion across the region.

What You'll Do :

Oversee accounting functions across multiple regional entities and job sites

Manage Work in Progress (WIP) schedules , cost tracking, and job profitability analysis

Lead month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

Partner with project managers and operations teams to review budgets, forecasts, and actuals

Support internal controls, process improvements, and system integrations

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of accounting experience, construction industry required

Strong WIP reporting experience and deep understanding of percentage-of-completion accounting

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
