Pay Range : $53 - $55 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Skills- [“Ticket Analysis”, “Troubleshooting” ,”Track System Issues ",”Telecom Domain” ] .
• A Senior System Analyst with telecom + eCommerce domain experience, strong troubleshooting skills, QA mindset, and excellent communication.
• 10+ years of experience in System Analysis preferably with a background in Quality Engineering
• Exceptional communication & email etiquette required for executive interaction.
• Work independently to manage tasks, scope and completes the ticket analysis within the defined SLAs
• Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering / development staff.
• Identify, document, report and formally track system issues and defects
• Perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting to resolve reported system issues.
• eCommerce business systems and workflows is mandatory.
• Need to have : Telecom domain experience – Must
