Director of Student Accounts

A company is looking for a Director of Student Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Student Accounts team focused on service excellence

Implement strategies to maximize accounts receivable collections and minimize risk

Coordinate with various departments on billing and receivable matters to ensure compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

Expertise in student account operations, accounts receivable, and cash management principles

Strong knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and institutional policies

Experience with ERP systems and data analysis / reporting

Ability to lead teams and foster collaboration while maintaining compliance

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Finance, Business, or related field
