Job Title : Senior Accountant

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an Accounting Degree with 3-7 years of Audit or Tax experience. Whether you come from a background in public or private practice, we welcome individuals who are dedicated to excellence in financial management. Responsibilities :

1. Audit and Tax Expertise :

  • Conduct thorough financial audits or tax reviews in accordance with established standards and regulations.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations based on audit or tax findings.

2. Financial Reporting :

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting principles.

    • 3. Collaboration :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and facilitate smooth communication between departments.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

    • 4. Process Improvement :

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting and financial reporting functions.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    • 5. Compliance :

  • Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and tax laws.
  • Ensure the organization's financial practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

    • 6. Hybrid Work Environment :

  • Embrace a hybrid work model, balancing in-office and remote work as needed.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3-7 years of professional experience in Audit or Tax roles.
  • CPA certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

    • Compensation :

  • Competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
