Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, drainage systems, and water systems in residential buildings
- Interpret and follow blueprints, building codes, and job specifications
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on plumbing systems to detect leaks or issues
- Collaborate with other trades such as HVAC technicians and electricians to complete jobs efficiently
- Lead, educate, and guide apprentice plumbers on-site to ensure compliance with plumbing codes and project standards
- Maintain detailed records of materials used and tasks completed
- Uphold high standards of safety and customer service on every job site
