• InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for our Brookfield and Oak creek learning center!
• We have openings for Full time (40hrs) or Part time (20 hours Guaranteed)

InBloom is excited to announce that we are bringing Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology to our learning centers! We are actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high-quality, outcome-driven therapy. We have immediate openings as well as future needs! Our SLPs provide exceptional evaluations, treatment plans, and treatment.

• Responsibilities :
• Speech and Language Therapy services include language development, pragmatic / social language skills, articulation, phonology, feeding / swallowing, reading, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
• Provide comprehensive and individualized services to children and their caregivers with the utmost clinical integrity.
• Remain up to date with the most recent advancements for Speech and Language treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and implement them in therapy.
• Review children's medical history and evaluate condition and needs as clinically appropriate.
• Record timely and accurate notes on child's progress for evaluations, billing, and medical records while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
• Follow ethical and client care standards and conduct as outlined by InBloom and the National Board for Certification in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Provide training and consultation to parents for carrying over across environments, develop individualized home or community programs / recommendations when needed.
• Work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary team (ABA and OT) to provide clinically appropriate evaluations, comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, and Speech and Language therapy treatment to children within our center(s).

• This is what we need :
• Master's Degree (or Doctorate) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Unrestricted state license in the state where services are being performed.
• CCC-SLP required.
• Experience collaborating with other disciplines and willingness to continually coordinator care with all other disciplines for each child on caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder is preferred.
• Commercial insurance providers (Aetna, Cigna, UHC) are strongly preferred.
• A positive and kind attitude at all times.
• Travel required
