Job Purpose :

The Store Director must be able to comprehend, communicate, and implement corporate store strategy and action plans.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to :

• Forecasts, schedules, and monitor labor.
• Communicate sales goals, department performance and sales opportunities for department managers.
• Determines marketing and operating strategy changes by reviewing financial statements and departmental sales records with the Director of Operations and / or other corporate staff.
• Implement control processes including shrink, labor, and operating expenses, to achieve pre-determined performance objectives.
• Ensures all federal, state, local agency, company regulations and standards compliance for product freshness food safety, refrigeration, and sanitation.
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by monitoring purchase orders and maintaining good inventory levels.

Skills / Qualifications :

PLEASE NOTE : Due to the cyclical nature of the grocery industry, team members are required to work varying shifts and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, which reflect the Company's operating requirements.
