Preferably in parking lot maintenance or a related field Deep understanding of parking lot maintenance processes, materials, and equipment Strong attention to detail mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusting, professional client relationships Proficiency in using estimating web-based software and tools Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks Conduct on-site evaluations of parking lots, assess maintenance needs and gather necessary measurements and data. Use online GPS and satellite imagery for measurements Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for parking lot maintenance projects. Including labor, materials, equipment, and other related expenses Convert sales quotes into detailed work orders with instructions and images so the work may be completed successfully by the operations team Develop trusted relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project estimates align with production capabilities and timelines. At times, serve as a project manager on work where complexity requires continued involvement Track and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion to contracts Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company

Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated person to providing accurate estimates for parking lot maintenance projects. This includes asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack sealing, line striping, curb repairs and concrete flatwork. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of parking lot maintenance processes, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets.
