Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist
Location: Rochester, NY
Contract: 13-Week Assignment
Shift: 7:00am-7:30pm with one working weekend shift/any shift/month.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

NBSTSA certification is required for this position at the time of submission.
AHA BLS is required.
Must have 2 years of OR experience in an acute care facility.
They are looking for a CST with strong orthopedic skills; specifically able to do total joint cases independently.
Must have vascular experience in both hybrid and open surge cases.
Specialty Equipment: Infusion pumps, ultrasound machines, Laparoscopic Olympus Equipment, da Vinci Robot, Rosa Robot, Monarch Robot (Monarch specialized and not expected), SCD's, Bair Hugger, Microscopes, Neptune, smoke evacuators.
Expected to assist the RN in overturning OR room (Clean, prep and mop), if needed.
The facility will accept local candidates for this position.
Facility can call off up to 3 shifts for 13-week contract and 2 shifts less than 13-week contract.
Expected to work every other holiday.
Expected to work every other weekend.
