Rumble Boxing in Madison, AL is on the hunt for an adrenaline-fueled and results-oriented person to join our dynamic team as an entry-level part-time Sales Associate ! Our high-energy boxing fitness gym needs an ambitious person to promote our classes, attract new members, and maintain current membership levels. In return, you earn $12.50 / hr + 20% commission , and enjoy these perks :

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Fantastic sales and customer service skills
  • English communication skills with the ability to speak to customers in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Motivation to meet goals and drive up memberships
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn ClubReady software
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel as required

    • HOW OUR SALES ASSOCIATE MAKES AN IMPACT

    This part-time position can work 4- or 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed.

    As our entry-level Sales Associate, every day provides opportunities to showcase your skills, exceed your targets, and play a critical role in our success story! Working closely with our general manager, you actively seek leads, follow up with referrals, and encourage people to start their fitness journeys with us. Customer service is your top priority as you promote our classes and services, book appointments, and provide comprehensive facility tours. Your positive, compassionate spirit attracts new club members, and you take pride in smashing your sales goals and meeting your quotas!
