Superintendent - Water Resources

Urban Infraconstruction is looking for aSuperintendent to join our Water Resource Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors on water infrastructure projects (water lines, pump stations, treatment facilities, underground utilities, etc.)
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and project specifications.
• Manage daily schedules, manpower allocation, equipment use, and material delivery coordination.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate field execution.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and field inspections.
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, logs, timecards, and site photos.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on progress updates, potential issues, and project milestones.
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in water infrastructure construction.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman on water-related projects.
• Strong understanding of water systems (potable water, wastewater, pump stations, distribution/collection systems)
  
• Must have a valid driver's license
