Bridge Program
Residency Information
Are you a recent graduate seeking additional support as you begin your professional interpreting career? Have recent circumstances limited your ability to fully develop your ASL skills? Perhaps you earned an interpreting degree, stepped away from the field, and are now ready to return. If you are looking for a steady, full-time income while intentionally building your skills in a supportive environment, this opportunity may be a strong fit.
DeafLink is pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for our Bridge Program, a 10-month paid residency designed to support developing interpreters through structured mentorship, training, and real-world experience. This temporary, full-time position allows participants to focus on professional growth while working alongside experienced mentors in a supportive setting.
The Bridge Program consists of three phases, with openings filled on a rolling basis.
