Sr Java Developer

About your role :

At Fiserv, we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. As an Application Development - Advisor II, you will join a vibrant team focused on creating innovative solutions that streamline financial transactions and ensure security. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining applications that meet the dynamic needs of our clients.

What you'll do :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business initiatives.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices.

Experience you'll need to have :

6+ years of experience in application development

3+ years of experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages

3+ years of experience in SQL databases

3+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services

3+ years of experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices

3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies

6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and / or military experience

Experience that would be great to have :

• Experience in the financial services industry

Sponsorship :

Salary Range

$128,000.00 - $216,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
