Job Description
- Oversee general accounting operations, includingGL, AP / AR, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements aligned with GAAP and internal reporting standards.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations, consolidation submissions, and month‑end close processes.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting to support operational decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and audit‑ready documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax and reporting requirements.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and capital asset tracking.
- Lead and develop the accounting team; act as liaison to international headquarters.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Controller should have :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA / CMA strongly preferred.7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Controller or managerial role.Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting best practices.Experience working within multinational organizations and coordinating with global teams.Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.What's on Offer
