Location : Tamarac, FL

Schedule :

Monday – Thursday : 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Friday : 7 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $14 / hour

Job Description :

We are hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Associate (English / Spanish) to join our team in Tamarac, FL. Please note : this is a hot warehouse environment . Candidates must be comfortable working in high temperatures and performing physical duties throughout the shift.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and wrap pallets for shipments
  • Operate pallet jack to move materials
  • Load, unload, and move boxes (5–15 lbs)
  • Receive, sort, and organize products
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Requirements :

  • Bilingual English / Spanish required
  • Must be able to work in a hot warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift 5–15 lbs repeatedly
  • Previous warehouse or pallet jack experience preferred
  • Reliable and able to follow instructions in a team setting

    • Job Description :

    We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tamarac, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment, possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish , and be able to meet the high physical demands of the role. This is a physically intensive position in a hot warehouse environment where endurance and adaptability are essential.

    Responsibilities :

  • Receive and organize inventory shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as necessary.
  • Assist with unloading deliveries and sorting merchandise.
  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
  • Perform heavy lifting, moving, and handling of materials in hot warehouse conditions.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and carry heavy materials.
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with high temperatures and varying conditions .
  • Ability to maintain productivity and safety in physically strenuous conditions.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
