A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market customers and build relationships with key stakeholders
Lead onboarding and implementation, driving product adoption aligned with customer goals
Provide strategic guidance to enhance customer processes and identify opportunities for renewal and expansion
Required Qualifications
3-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts related to Admin, DevOps, or the development lifecycle
Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
Must be in the EST timezone
