Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience. Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure. Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule. Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s expectations for cleanliness. A Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one. Exhibit a “learner’s Mindset.” Ability to handle multiple priorities. Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication. Competent in organizational, time management skills. Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Day Shift 7 am-3pm
Evening shift 4pm-8pm
Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Server! The Server supports the culinary team who prepares food to be served to our residents in our restaurant-style dining experience called the “Bread Basket.”.
